Shipping & Returns
Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis and will be treated fairly and reasonably. We stand behind our products, and it is our goal to ensure our customers a fully satisfied.
Most of our items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy. If your product arrives faulty or damaged, you can send it back to us for a refund within 30 calendar days of your notified delivery date. Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping.
If you have any problems with your items, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the item’s condition so that we may address your concerns. We are always happy to help!
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- Must be in the original packaging.
- For online orders, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. (We do not accept refunds if you change your mind).
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it can not be refunded.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items not eligible for returns:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Items that are on sale or discounted
- Any item not in its original condition, has been used, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Update: Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, you may expect delays in your order.
Delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They are estimated in business days and do not include weekends or holidays. Once an item is sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control.
Brewed Adventures & PrittyHair Scrunchies are not held responsible for:
- Mistakes made by shipping provider
- Wrong addresses provided by customers
- Damage to order by shipping provider
- PO Box issues
- Stolen packages after delivery

Orders are typically processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Items typically arrive within 7-12 business days upon order confirmation.
Please not that if you ordered multiple items, you may receive items in separate shipments.
Special Order Items
If you are ordering special order items, such as customized drinkware, please note that additional time may be needed for your order to be processed.
- During off-peak months orders are processed and shipped within 3-6 business days on average and ready for shipping.
- During peak seasonal months, orders are processed and shipped within 9-12 business days on average and ready for shipping.
Keep in mind that shipping times also play a factor in the overall delivery times for orders.
We currently only ship to the United States and Canada, although we hope to open up to worldwide shipping in the near future!
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please Note: A standard flat rate shipping of $10 applies with all drinkware products. Due to the nature of production and special packaging to ensure safe delivery of our tumblers and beer steins, this separate shipping rates applies. This will be in addition to the calculated shipping rate if ordered with other products.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes due to carrier limitations. A physical home address must be given in order for your order to be delivered.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
